Qualification: MBA HR and Bachelors's degree in IT/CS background (preferred)
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience
Proven work experience in the HR domain.
Hands-on experience or knowledge in statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and PT (preferred).
Should have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and should have good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and MS Office.
Roles and responsibilities:
The main job role consists of 60% of recruitment and 40% of other generalist or administrative tasks.
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company’s vision
Maintain HR policy and procedures of the company
Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and selection of the right candidates
Conduct smooth onboarding and off-boarding of the employees
Coordinate monthly/yearly remittance of Statutory compliances (PF/ESI, PT)
Maintain good employee relations and handle employees grievances smoothly
Conduct periodic performance appraisal
Employee engagement activities: Conduct events/activities for the employees to keep the workplace (online/offline) fun and engaging
Leave management: Maintain attendance, leave records
Handling general administration of the company
