Customer relationship manager
Datahut is a big data startup that helps companies acquire data from the web. We’re looking for an energetic person to lead our customer relationship team.
You should be a tech savvy person with excellent communication skills. As a trusted advisor as an expert in Datahut’s products and services, you will partner with our sales & data mining teams to execute the customer projects. You’ll collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the data is being delivered properly and the client is happy.
● Gather and understand the business and technical requirements of our clients and present a compelling solution with the help of other stakeholder .
● Deliver product demonstrations, work with data mining team in building proof-of-concepts, and custom product environments to showcase the product
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers within assigned accounts, ensuring that our integration processes runs smoothly
● Keep current with technology trends and understand the competitive landscape
● Good understanding of programming.
● Passion for technology and a love for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, and strong presentation skills.
