What will be your day like at Datahut
You’ll work closely with the technology team, the management and the customer on a daily basis. You’ll share the concerns, questions and suggestion from customers with the technology team and share their feedback with the client.
We don’t expect you to know programming, but an understanding of technology will be greatly appreciated.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technology company
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a Customer facing role.
Proficiency in Report building using Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS word, MS excel, etc.
Basic understanding of data and technology. We’re not expecting you to be a programmer or a data engineer, however - if you have an understanding of how programming and data work - that is sufficient.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions on technical and service delivery issues.
Strategic thinker with analytical experience, attention to detail, and confidence in leading client engagements.
Strong Communication skills: Should be comfortable talking with all levels of customer personnel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to speak Malayalam and English fluently and must be located in Kerala
Roles and responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact for all onboarded customer inquiries and issues
Ensure timely and accurate data delivery to customers
Act as a liaison between customers, senior management and the technical team, effectively communicating customer requirements and technical solutions
Develop and maintain customer success plans for key accounts
Build trusted relationships with customers and meet deadlines
Identify and suggest improvements for client satisfaction across all business areas
Encourage customer feedback for continuous improvement
Identify and remove customer challenges/blockers
Troubleshoot and understand customers' concerns
Optimize company processes and enhance Customer Success initiatives
