HR Generalist

As the HR generalist you’ll act as the People & Culture owner for Datahut.  You will be responsible for the planning and execution of all HR, administration, and recruitment related activities at Datahut. You will work closely with the core team and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and manage candidate pipelines & interview processes / progression. You will also be responsible for on-boarding of all new employees and employee engagement activities.


Responsibilities will include


  • Managing day-to-day HR operations for the organization

  • Coordinating and leading all recruitment activities across the organization.

  • Training & Development of employees. 

  • Managing timely resolution of all employee queries / concerns

  • Maintain employee records, contracts , NDA’s etc.

  • Ensuring proper handling of all administrative tasks and compliance requirements

  • Attendance management , leave Management, Office inventory management, Employee performance monitoring

  • Maintaining employee relations.

  • Any HRM knowledge and expertise is desirable. 


Qualities/skills


  • Professionals must have 1-3 years of experience 
  • Communication: Must be fluent in English and Malayalam language. Ability to get consensus and collaboration across management and different internal teams. You must have ability to facilitate programs, explain complex concepts in layman's language, ability to generate enthusiasm, ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

  • Influencing: Gaining support and commitment from others even without formal authority, resolving differences by determining needs and suggesting practical solutions that benefit stakeholders, promoting collaboration, and facilitating teamwork across functional boundaries.
